A two bedroom / two full bath ground floor condominium at Silverado County Club (Fairways) available 6/19/10 for lease.  It was fully remodeled in 2008 and is right on the golf course.  Water and garbage are included in the rent and there is a washer/dryer in the unit.

Rent is $1800 a month and the landlords are awesome.

State of California Homebuyer's Tax Credit!!!! It is first come, first served...

And we are being told the program will run out of the $100 million in funds shortly (as early as 7-14 days).

Important Facts:

  • Application must be faxed after escrow closes.
  • The new application started May 1, 2010.
